Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. You will be billed in New Zealand Dollars. If you are using an International Card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. GST must be included for all goods. We deliver across New Zealand. Shipping to Australia is available upon request, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Shipping will be at a flat rate of $12.00 across most of the North Island, and will be $16.95 for the South Island and rural areas.

For larger bulky items, please contact Love & Sunshine directly to give you a shipping quote. 

Shipping will take approximately between 3 to 5 working days, but will take approximately an extra 2-3 days for Rural/Non-Urban Areas.

However, due to COVID-19 shipping delays we cannot guarantee shipping times due to high volumes of parcels. Therefore customers may experience delivery delays.

At Love & Sunshine we are sure that you will love your purchase, however if you were to change your mind (excluding sale items), we offer store credit for the equal value of the product purchased within 14 days of the purchase. We do not exchange the following items:

Sale items 

Soap, Beauty Products and Personal Care Products

Items returned to the store after 14 days of purchase 

Items that are not in original condition or packaging

In the unlikely case of your purchase being faulty, Love & Sunshine will give you the option of a refund for your purchase or a replacement. Love & Sunshine does not accept returns of sale items, so please ensure you choose carefully.
