Lemon Honey Ginger uses the best ingredients around. With a mix organic ginger, organic NZ honey, NZ lemon juice and a touch of black pepper for some heat. It is perfect served with hot water for a soothing drink or with sparkling water for a crisp, dry soda with a ginger kick.

Filtered water, Fairtrade Organic Cane Sugar, Organic New Zealand Honey, Organic Ginger, Lemon juice, Lemon zest, Black pepper, Citric acid

How to mix:

Our syrups are designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, and are best served cold over ice.

Shake before use. Then mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (usually about 30mL of syrup in a 200mL glass of water). Stir and garnish with fancy things.

Storage tips:

Before opening, the bottle will be fine at room temperature.

Once open, store in the fridge. Use within approx. 30 days once open.
